Overview
The PESADO 58.5 tamper has been created to perfect the coffee tamping procedure, our tamper diameter is 58.5mm with a precision machined 90 degree edge to maximise basket coverage. The edges are super sharp to extend the effective tamping area and get full coverage of the basket, leaving no residue. This maximises consistency and efficiency in a busy cafe environment.
Reducing un-tamped grounds means reducing the chance of channeling, increasing consistency over the coffee puck will result in a more even extraction and a higher extraction yield.
Anodised aluminium handles have been machined with the most advanced tools for absolute precision and finished to have a smooth feel and a uniquely crafted colour code.
Please note that the Skateboard finish is made from reclaimed skateboards and the colour and grain will vary from tamper to tamper.
