Eureka Mignon Zero 65 AP Grind By Weight Grinder

The Eureka Mignon Libra 65 AP is an all-purpose weight-based grinder featuring 65mm flat steel burrs and an updated grind adjustment knob that makes switching between coarse and fine grind sizes accurate and easy.  Not only are the larger updated burrs an advantage from the original libra , but the burrs also they have been redesigned to provide multiple grind setting options. The ergonomics of the grinder are further enhanced with the use of the large stepless grind adjustment dial with further adjustment markings(red). The Zero 65 AP GBW has an Anti chaft funnel, anti popcorn system and the typical sturdy Eureka build quality all designed to enhance the workflow for the operator. 

The biggest difference  of the Eureka Mignon Libra 65 AP GBW is its updated burr set. They’re larger, 65mm compared to the 55mm ones on the original Libra, and rear mounted for a more uniform grinding surface. They also feature a different grinding geometry than those on the original Libra, which was an espresso-focused grinder. The updated geometry improves performance across the full range of grind sizes, so you have a grinder just as precise when grinding for cold brew as for espresso.

To easily switch between coarse and fine grind sizes, Eureka totally redesigned the grind adjustment knob. It’s larger now, and features a range from 0–20 (rather than 0–9). They also added a rotation counter which ticks up as you adjust coarser and down as you adjust finer. This helps you keep track of a variety of grind sizes, and takes much of the guesswork out of dialing back in after switching between different brew methods.
