La Marzocco GB5 X Auto Brew Ratio (X-ABR) Espresso Machine

The La Marzocco GB5 X ABR is the New latest GB5 model from La Marzocco featuring Volumetric control and Auto Brew Ratio with built in Weight Scales for accurate dosing by weight not volume. The Weight Scales are Built into the Drain Tray.  

Equipped with proprietary La Marzocco electronics and advanced temperature stability, the GB5 S and X Models combines classical European design with cutting edge performance. The  Original GB5 machine has been modernized since its original release in 2005 and is an elegant companion to any coffee bar. With the S Version - Two red lilies on the side shields recall the company’s Florentine heritage, while the X Versions work off the White accents on the reverse classic  Stainless Steel construction of the GB5 heritage styling.   Booth Versions offer partially exposed groups and a streamlined barista working experience. The machine provides the barista control over boiler temperature, brewing volume, hot water tap dose, automatic cleaning cycles and more to keep high quality coffee flowing even during the busiest hours.

The gracious lines and harmonious curves of the GB5 S and X models speak to the La Marzocco heritage of design and intention. The understated side shields, elegant Florentine lily, subtle insignia of La Marzocco on the cup rail and more combine to give this machine the feel of an heirloom built to stand the test of time.

1. The EE known as the Semi Automatic Version.
2. The ABR known as the Auto Brew Ratio which allows the End user to manipulate Flow at the group care of a cleverly appointed paddle on the respective groups.
3. The AV Version which introduced Volumetric dosing with programmability directly from the Control board through Cigar Flow meters.

The LaMarzocco GB5X Line up is Offered by CaffeTech Canada in 3 Styles:
