The training course consists of 3 sections, each section consists of 60 minutes, in Hong Kong or Guangzhou (5 minute walk from Metro). Adminission fee is HKD2400 per person including material cost. This course is concentrating on ingredient, topping material and dough structure and pizza hand stretching. Student need to have basic knowledge of pizza making before admission to the course.
Student can apply intermediate certificate by finishing a writing and a practical test. After having the certificate, student can proceed to advanced level course.
