CaffeTech Canada - presents the All new Eureka Zero 55 Single Dose Espresso Grinder . The Eureka Zero 55 meets entry level budgets and pairs well with machines like the Profitec go, and Profitec pro 400. In typical Eureka fashion the 55 was designed with the intent to minimize grind retention. Other low grind retention design includes the grinder chassis being built on a 5° angle to further assist the chute in exhausting coffee successfully throughout the grinding process.
The Eureka Zero 55 offered through CaffeTech Canada also features a bellow design (blow out cleaning system) where at the end of the grinding cycle the hopper with its accordion design may be pushed down on the top of the bell hopper to further aid in moving any excess grounds through the chute. Furthermore, the grinding chamber design is combined with a sweeping system to further help exhaust the grinds.
An impressive stepless adjustment wheel complete with the Eureka trademark gives the user a professional feel when adjusting the Burr heights to any grind setting.
Utilizing the ACE system, Stepless Micrometric Regulation System ( Patented By Eureka), and Silent Technology, Eureka categorizes this grinder as capable for Both Brew and Espresso coffee. The Eureka 55 Zero includes a 45 g. Dosing Cup, a 45 g dosing hopper, an adjustable fork height ( with thumb turn operation) that can support the dosing cup or a portafilter. Appointed with a nice touch knurl Extra comfort comfort dial and ON/OFF side mounted power switch the Zero 55 offered by CaffeTech Canada is capable to output ground coffee in ranges between 1.2g and 1.8g per second when it comes to espresso and 1.9g to 2.5g per second for coarser brew methods like french press.
