Introduction of pizza training course for business starter.

The training course consists of 3 sections, each section consists of 60 minutes, located in Hong Kong or Guangzhou (5 minute walk from Metro). Adminission fee is HKD2000 per person including material cost. The course is targeted to person who want to learn know-how of pizza. Contents  will concentrate on Dough preparation, handling and pizza cooking know-how. Student will get basic technique by making New York style pizza with electric pizza oven, which is the most popular pizza in the world!

Student can apply elementary certificate by finishing a writing and a practical test. After having the elementary certificate, student can proceed to intermediate level course.
